Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century by Dr. Mikao Usui.
The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal," and "ki," which means "life force energy." Reiki practitioners believe that this energy flows through all living things and that by channeling it, they can help promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit.
How Does our Reiki Apprenticeship Program Work?
Our Reiki apprenticeship program involves several levels of certification, each building upon the previous one. The program includes instruction on hand positions, meditation, visualization, and other techniques used in Reiki healing. Participants may also receive attunements, which are energy transmissions that help to open and align the practitioner's energy channels, allowing them to better channel the Reiki energy.
At the end of the course, participants may receive a Reiki Master certification, which indicates that they have completed the three levels of reiki certification and are qualified to practice Reiki on themselves and others.
What Is Involved in Each Level of Our Reiki Training?
Reiki Level 1: This introductory level is usually taught over the course of a weekend workshop or a series of classes that span a few weeks. The training typically includes instruction on the basics of Reiki, including the history, principles, and hand positions used in Reiki healing. At the end of the course, participants receive an attunement and a Reiki Level 1 certification.
Reiki Level 2: This intermediate level builds upon the knowledge gained in Reiki Level 1 and typically takes longer to complete, ranging from a few weeks to several months. The training includes instruction on advanced techniques, such as distance healing, the use of symbols and mantras, and working with the subconscious mind. At the end of the course, participants receive an attunement and a Reiki Level 2 certification.
Reiki Level 3: This advanced level, also known as the Master Level, is typically the longest and most intensive of the Reiki training levels. It can take several months to a year or more to complete, depending on the program. The training includes instruction on advanced healing techniques, as well as training on how to teach Reiki to others. At the end of the course, participants receive an attunement and a Reiki Level 3 certification, which qualifies them to teach Reiki to others.

Her experience as a Leader, Coach and Master Holistic Healing & Wellness Practitioner has been invaluable in her entrepreneurial endeavors. She is committed to providing coaching, practicing Alternative & Complementary Medicine and Natural Methods to assist in helping people globally to change their lives by activating their natural healing process & by becoming the best version of themselves through self-love and self-care practices to transform the mind, body, and spirit.
